Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

RADAMOTORS S.R.L. is the controller of personal data collected through Vextron. Registered in Romania, Trade Register J2026007041006, VAT RO53709330. Our fiscal address is Șoseaua Mihai Bravu 255, Unit S215, Basement, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.

Launch notifications

If you ask for a launch notification, we process your email address, the time and source page of the request, your confirmation and the version of the consent notice. A confirmation email asks you to verify your address before we add you to the confirmed launch list. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Joining is voluntary and is not a purchase.

Compatibility checks

If you enter a VIN, we use it to infer vehicle details and evaluate compatibility on our server. We do not write the VIN into the subscriber database. Hardware and software values are used to calculate the result. VIN results may be incomplete where installed equipment cannot be inferred.

Security and technical information

Our hosting provider handles network information needed to deliver and protect the site. To limit abuse, we keep an hourly counter associated with a keyed hash of the network address; expired counters are removed by scheduled maintenance. We do not add raw IP addresses to the subscriber database. When a security challenge is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile receives the technical information needed to validate it. The legal basis for these security measures is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, database infrastructure and, when enabled, anti-abuse checks. Resend delivers email on our behalf when launch notifications are enabled. These providers process information needed for their services under their contractual terms. International processing may take place; applicable safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where relevant, must cover transfers outside the EEA. We do not sell your launch-list information.

Optional measurement

Advertising measurement is optional and requires a separate privacy choice. When configured and allowed, the OpenAI ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel receives a confirmed launch conversion ID and browser attribution information. Supported identifiers may be hashed in the browser if automatic advanced matching is enabled for the configured pixel. We do not manually add email or VIN to advertising events. Without consent, we do not load the pixel or send advertising conversion events. A local preference records your choice. You can change it through Privacy settings in the footer. Our Cookie Policy explains the current implementation.

Retention

Unconfirmed launch requests are removed after 30 days. Confirmed requests and consent records are retained for the launch notification purpose for up to three years, or deleted sooner when no longer needed. An unsubscribe stops future launch messages; a limited withdrawal record may be retained for up to three years to document the request. Expired confirmation tokens and rate-limit counters are removed by scheduled maintenance. Hosting and delivery providers may keep separate operational logs under their own retention schedules.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw launch notification consent through the unsubscribe link in our emails without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can contact us using the details below. We may ask for information to verify your request. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority or the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Scope and changes

This policy covers the website and launch-list service. Payment and order processing are not currently available. We will update this notice before introducing additional purposes or services. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing. The compatibility result is information about a vehicle configuration, not a decision about a person.
