Current service
The website provides information about the Vextron module, a vehicle compatibility check and a launch notification service when enabled. Orders and payments are not currently available. A notification request does not reserve stock, guarantee a price, form a sales contract or create an obligation to purchase.
Product information and compatibility
Features depend on vehicle model, motor, battery, installed hardware, Tesla software and other configuration details. The checker applies a dated set of compatibility rules. A VIN does not identify every installed component or later modification. Confirm the actual configuration and supported software before purchasing or installing a module. Product descriptions and compatibility rules can change as vehicle software evolves.
Vehicle use
Configure features while parked and follow the supplied vehicle-specific instructions. Driver assistance requires an attentive driver who remains responsible for the vehicle. Drift and Track Mode are intended for closed-course use. Passenger video must comply with local law and remain outside the driver’s view. Use the module only where the relevant feature is permitted.
Separate services
Vextron is independent of Tesla, Inc. Tesla names and marks identify compatible vehicles. Separate Tesla FSD access, subscriptions, media services, connectivity and any associated charges are not included in the module price unless expressly stated in a future order.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, submit information you are not entitled to use, send unsolicited requests to other people’s email addresses or attempt to bypass security controls. We may restrict abusive requests to protect the service.
Content and availability
Site content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for information and evaluating the product. The service can be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

These website terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Mandatory rights regarding courts and remedies are preserved.
